What we can settle

Anything in the catalog. Which rug size covers the run between a vanity and a tub. Whether a suction mat will hold on a tub floor with a moulded texture in it. Which pad belongs under a rug on a hardwood floor and which belongs under one on tile. How many pieces come in the pack. Whether two near-identical mats differ in anything but the colour on the label.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the label in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it and say what changed.

What belongs to the shop

Orders, delivery windows, damaged parcels, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.

How long we take

A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music. People read this mailbox between other work.
